Fulfillment/shipping policy

We aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently while keeping you informed at every step.

Processing and Delivery:

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once processed, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for transit. In total, delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes between 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • Internal Logistics: If your product is shipped using our internal logistics, you will receive a shipping document along with the driver’s contact information.

  • Local Carriers: If shipped via local trucking companies, you will receive a shipping document and a tracking number.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.

 

Out-of-Stock and Backorders:

  • If an item is out-of-stock, you will be contacted with options for replacements or back orders.

  • If we do not hear from you within 72 hours regarding backorder options, we will ship the items we have on hand and back order any remaining items. Backordered items will be shipped once they arrive at our warehouse.

 

Custom Orders:
As the manufacturer, we offer custom work such as roll-up doors, traditional self-storage lockers, and custom colors. Please note that custom orders may take approximately 25-30 days to manufacture, after which the product will be shipped directly to you.

Damaged Deliveries:
If your product is damaged during delivery, you must provide photographic evidence and any supporting documents. This evidence will be used to assess your return or exchange request.
