Refund/cancellation policy

At Portable Pods, we take pride in providing high-quality storage solutions and ensuring our customers are satisfied. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary and strive to make the process as simple as possible.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your storage unit, you may return it within 7 days of its arrival.

  • Condition for Return: All items must be in unused, original condition and suitable for resale.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 10-15 business days.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is covered by Portable Pods LLC.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged after delivery or for items that have been customized (i.e., products with custom requests or additional features).

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
